Membership Agreement
The agreement between Saspera and each member: the account, the scope of the service, obligations and termination.

01Parties and Subject
This Membership Agreement is concluded between Saspera Sürdürülebilirlik Danışmanlığı ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("Saspera") and the user who registers on the Saspera platform (the "Member") to regulate the terms of use of the platform and the rights and obligations of the parties.
02Membership and Account
The Member accepts that the information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of account information and for all transactions carried out through the account. In the event of unauthorized use of the account, the Member is obliged to notify Saspera immediately.
03Scope of the Service
Saspera is a platform offering data collection, analysis and reporting services in the field of sustainability and carbon management. Saspera reserves the right to change or improve the scope and content of the services offered, with prior notice.
04Obligations of the Member
The Member agrees and undertakes to use the platform in accordance with applicable legislation and this agreement, not to infringe the rights of third parties, and not to engage in activities that endanger the security and operation of the platform.
05Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, design and trademarks belonging to the platform are owned by Saspera and protected under applicable legislation. The right of use granted to the Member does not mean that these rights are transferred to the Member.
06Protection of Personal Data
Personal data belonging to the Member is processed in accordance with the principles explained in the KVKK Notice and the Privacy Policy. The Member declares that they have read and accepted these documents during registration.
07Termination of the Agreement
The parties may terminate the agreement at any time. In the event that the Member acts contrary to this agreement or legislation, Saspera has the right to suspend or terminate the membership.
08Effectiveness and Amendments
This agreement enters into force when the Member completes registration. Saspera reserves the right to update the terms of the agreement; material changes are notified to the Member a reasonable time in advance.
